Day 1- Arrive Trivandrum
Day 2- Day return trip to the Lands End Cape Comrine
Cape Comorin (100Km from Trivandrum (3hrs journey, one way) It is the southern tip of India where three oceans meet (Arabian, Bay of Bengal and Indian) and a famous pilgrim center. On the way visit the very famous Padmanabhapuram wooden palace (the biggest in India)and the gigantic Hindu trinity
temple at Sucheendram, which is more than 2000 years old. Visitors are allowed up to the Sanctum. Return Trivandrum and Overnight at the hotel.
Day3. Trivandrum city tour
 
The landmark of the city is SREE PADMANABHA SWAMY TEMPLE around which the city has been built on seven low hills (just like ROME) of western Ghat mountains. Small but this city is full of history and culture with its royal mansions and British architecture. In this tour visit the Horse palace
museum, Government museum (Napier museum, the famous chalai bazaar, and the temple from outside (Inside is restricted only for Hindus)
Day 4. Trivandrum – Alleppey Back waters (145km, 4 hrs)
Alleppey is nick named as the Venice of the east due to its network of canals and rich past of spice trade. Here you enjoy the splendors of backwaters from a houseboat. Overnight on the houseboat.
Day5. – Houseboat ----kumarakam
Kumarakam is a paddy village on the banks of the backwaters where one can experience the slow pace of the life. It used to be a British residential place and has a nice bird sanctuary too.Overnight at the Hotel

 
Day 6. – Kumarakam – Periyar 150 km, 4Hrs
Periyar is on the western Ghat Mountains and is 1500 meters above the sea level and is the eastern border of the state. It is a protected forest with very rich and diversified flora and fauna. Though it is called a tiger reserve here you mostly witness elephants and a tiger is only a matter of luck. Boating in the lake, trekking, bamboo rafting spice plantation visit, elephant ride are the possible activities here.Overnight at the Hotel
Day 7 – Periyar-activities
Spice plantation visit and elephant ride in a plantation in the morning. Game sanctuary viewing in the evening to spot the animals from a boat Overnight at the hotel
Day 8- Periyar –Munnar 110km, 4hrs
 
Munnar is a hill station 1800 meters above the sea level and used to be the summer resort for the British rulers in the yester years. Surrounded by the lush green tea carpets it is an ideal location for trekking,cycling, mountaineering, and photography.Ervikulam National Park to spot the
Nilgiri Thar (Endangered MountainGoat), Mattuppaetty Dam, and Local markets are the possible options here to engage your time. The biggest attraction of this area happens once in twelve years,andit’stheflowering of a shrub called “NEELAKURINJI”.Overnight at the hotel.
Day 9 – Munnar - Cochin, 110 km, 4hrs
Historical place, which was colonized by Three European countries (Portuguese, Dutch and The British) now this .city is the most cosmopolitan city in Kerala.Overnight at the hotel
Day 10- Activities in Cochin
Morning You will be going with a local guide for sight seeing in and around the city where you will see the mystic beauty of Cochin (the Queen of Arabian Sea, as it is called by western Sailors) the Historic Forts, Churches, Jewish synagogue, Jewstreet and more over the ethnic Sea food restaurants. After noon you
 
can gofor Shopping. In the evening enjoy the Kerala’s most renowned Art form Kath kali, which is performed only by males with elaborate Costumes. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day11- Departure to Home
You will be picked up from the Hotel on time to the airport at Cochin, which is 40kms from the City.
